From experience we know that SMEs companies  have problems with the introduction and the later operation of SAP Business Intelligence. We accepted the challenge and developed a resource-saving BI solution named Sesam, which responds to the individual needs of different businesses. How is that possible?

Sesam is a BI solution based on SAP and Microsoft Azure. The range of functions includes standard reports, standard dashboards, self-service BI as well as templates for sales planning and enterprise-specific applications. Through preconfiguration and standardization we achieve scale effects which we pass on to our customers. Besides the out-of-the-box reports, customized, company-specific applications can be developed.

Sesam can be installed on the company’s internal server. Even more practical is the installation on Microsoft Cloud Germany to which you have access from anywhere. Cloud solutions are managed and maintained by us even more efficiently and cost-effectively. These savings are also passed on to our customers.

Sesam is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This means that you as a company have to pay no high initial investments; you pay a fixed monthly fee instead. Included in this monthly rent are the usage, operation and support of Sesam and regular further development of the standard reports. Sesam opens for you the way to economical, flexible and quick evaluations without having to strain other partner resources such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM).

SAP Business One is an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) specially designed for start-ups and small and medium-sized companies. With the option of a lean entry with the starter package, an inexpensive and simple SAP solution has been created that is not only affordable, but can also be gradually expanded. SAP Business One creates transparency by centralizing all company data. The optional networking through the cloud enables all employees to have an up-to-date and the same level of information – anytime and anywhere. With the extensions of the ERP system (e.g. connection of web shops, use of the SAP cash register solution, connection of CRM systems, etc.), an individual schedule for medium and long-term planning can be developed in addition to the lean entry.
